Yvonne Bouma O'Brien is the editor-in-chief at Riverbank Publishing, an independent writing and editing company. She has also worked as an editorial assistant for Scholastic Publishers. She holds a BA from Calvin College (now Calvin University), an MFA in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University, and a Graduate Diploma in Education from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia.
