Randall VanderMey

Randall VanderMey is a professor of English at Westmont College. He holds an MA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MFA from the Iowa Writers' Workshop, and a PhD from the University of Iowa. He is the author of the nonfiction book God Talk: Triteness and Truth in Christian Cliches (1993), the poetic drama Charm School: Five Women of the Odyssey (2006), and numerous published poems, short stories, and essays. He is also the lead author of the textbook The College Writer, 4th ed. (2011).
