Paul Lisicky

Paul Lisicky is the author of the books Lawnboy (1998), Famous Builder (2002), The Burning House (2011), Unbuilt Projects (2012), The Narrow Door: A Memoir of Friendship (2016), and Later: My Life at the Edge of the World (2020). His work has appeared in publications such as The Atlantic, The New York Times, Ploughshares, and Tin House. A graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, Lisicky has received awards from the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, the James Michener/Copernicus Society, and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown. He currently teaches in the MFA Program at Rutgers University-Camden.
