Mark I. Pinsky

Mark Pinsky is an investigative journalist who holds degrees from Duke University and Columbia University. He has written about a wide range of topics, including social justice, capital punishment, popular culture, and religion and televangelism. Pinsky is probably best known as the author of the bestselling The Gospel According to The Simpsons: The Spiritual Life of the World’s Most Animated Family (2001). He is also author of The Gospel According to Disney: Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust (2005), A Jew Among the Evangelicals: A Guide for the Perplexed (2006), and Amazing Gifts: Stories of Faith, Disability and Inclusion (2011).
