Margaret Manning is an entrepreneur, author and speaker. She is the founder of Sixty and Me, a community dedicated to helping more than 500,000 women over 60 create independent, healthy and financially secure lives. Sixty and Me empowers and motivates women to find their own voice and value in a transitional time of life that offers new opportunities. Her book, The Hospice Alternative: Living with Dying, looks at the historical development of the hospice movement. She also discusses the philosophy of hospice care, including pain and pain relief, communication, the hospice team, education and bereavement.
