Kirsten Vander Giessen-Reitsma is the editor of the anthology Eat Well: A Food Road Map. The book aims to broaden readers' perspectives on redemptive cooking and eating, through a diverse collection of essays, poetry, art, recipes, theology, an interview, and lists of food-related resources for churches. Vander Giessen-Reitsma also edited Catapult magazine (2002-2014), a bi-weekly online publication affiliated with the organization Culture is Not Optional.
