Jena Vander Ploeg is the former Features Editor for The Banner, a monthly publication of the Christian Reformed Church in North America. In the 2002 Festival of Faith and Writing, she participated in a panel of editors who discussed the topic "What We're Looking For: Poetry, Fiction, and Creative Nonfiction for the Journal." Vander Ploeg retired from The Banner in 2012.
