Gaylen Byker

Gaylen James Byker served as the ninth president of Calvin College (now Calvin University) in Grand Rapids, Michigan from 1995-2012. He holds JD and MA degrees from the University of Michigan, and a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to serving as Calvin's president, Byker worked in the energy and investment industries.
