Brian Walsh

Brian J. Walsh (PhD, McGill University) serves as a Christian Reformed campus minister at the University of Toronto and teaches theology at Trinity College and Wycliffe College in Toronto, Ontario. He is the author of Kicking at the Darkness: Bruce Cockburn and the Christian Imagination (2011) and Subversive Christianity: Imaging God in a Dangerous Time (2nd ed. 2014). He has also co-authored numerous books, including The Transforming Vision: Shaping a Christian World View (1984); Truth Is Stranger Than It Used to Be: Biblical Faith in a Postmodern Age (1995); Colossians Remixed: Subverting the Empire (2004); Romans Disarmed: Resisting Empire, Demanding Justice (2019); and Habakkuk Before Breakfast: Liturgy, Lament, and Hope (2020).
