Patricia Westerhof

Canadian writer and educator Patricia Westerhof is the author of Catch Me When I Fall (2011), a collection of linked stories; and of The Dove in Bathurst Station (2013), which won the Word Award for Best Contemporary Novel. She also co-authored The Writer’s Craft (2003), a textbook on creative writing used widely across Canada. Her short stories and articles have been published in Room, The West End Phoenix, Write Magazine, and Dalhousie Review. Westerhof holds an MA in Education from the University of Toronto and has more than thirty years of teaching experience.
