Debra Freeberg

Debra Freeberg is a professor emerita of communication at Calvin University, where she taught for twenty-nine years and served as director of Calvin's theater program. Prior to coming to Calvin, she was a professor and director of drama at Geneva College. Her areas of expertise include improvisation, performing arts, directing, theatrical production, playwriting, and dramatic literature. Freeberg holds MA and PhD degrees in theatre from the University of Pittsburgh.
