Kate Albus
Kate Albus writes historical fiction for young readers. Her novels - A Place to Hang the Moon and Nothing Else But Miracles - have been included on state reading lists around the country, and have been recognized by lovely bookish friends, including the New York Public Library, Kids Indie Next, the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, Bank Street College of Education, Junior Library Guild, the Cooperative Children’s Book Center, and the ALA’s Association for Library Service to Children.
Originally from New York, Kate now lives with her family in rural Maryland, where she loves reading, knitting, baking, and other activities that are inherently quiet.
