Join us for an evening with Robin Wall Kimmerer, author of The Serviceberry and Braiding Sweetgrass, with a book signing to follow.
In this plenary session, Robin Wall Kimmerer reflects on the ethic of reciprocity at the heart of Indigenous wisdom, using The Serviceberry as a guide. She invites us to rethink value beyond scarcity and competition, imagining a way of living rooted in gratitude, interconnectedness, and mutual care.
When you arrive on Calvin University's campus, please plan to park in lots 1-6 and then proceed to the Van Noord Arena. A map showing the parking lot and arena locations can be found here.
Please Note: This event is the evening plenary session for the 2026 Festival of Faith & Writing. If you have registered for the Festival, you do not need to buy a ticket for this session.
