Barry Moser

Barry Moser is an artist, illustrator, and printmaker. He has illustrated more than 200 children's books and literary classics, including Frankenstein, Huckleberry Finn, The Wizard of Oz, and the Pennyroyal Caxton Edition of the Holy Bible. His version of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland won the American Book Award for illustration and design. Moser’s art has been displayed in such places as the British Museum, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Library of Congress. He has won awards from The American Association of University Presses, The American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the prestigious Umhoefer Prize for Achievement in the Humanities from the Arts and Humanities Foundation.
